Who is Review Wizard for?
Review Wizard is built for local business owners who want more 5-star Google reviews without the hassle. We work with home service businesses, tourism/rental businesses, and even franchises. Whether you’re a solo service provider or managing multiple locations, if you want more reviews without the hassle Review Wizard is for you.
Do you integrate with my CRM? How do I know?
We integrate with most major CRMs, booking tools, and invoicing platforms. Including Jobber, Quickbooks Online, Housecall Pro, Workiz, Sweep & Go, Square, Zapier, and thousands more. If you’re not sure, search for your software here.
Is an onboarding call required?
Nope! Setup takes just a few minutes—so you could start getting reviews in hours. But if you prefer a quick walkthrough, or need help with the integration we’re happy to hop on a call.
How long does it take to set up?
Most businesses are fully set up in under 30 minutes. Just connect your Google profile, connect your CRM, and upload your personalized image. Then you're good to go! If you use a less popular software/CRM we can hop on a call with you to walk through the integration.
How long does it take to start getting reviews?
On average our users receive their first reviews less than 24 hours after launching their review reactivation. It depends on the number of customers you have but we move fast.
Is there a contract?
No. We like to say we are easy to work with and easy to get rid of. You can cancel your plan with in the dashboard in just a few clicks.
How often do you ask my customers to leave a review?
We recommend 1 initial review request post service then 2 gentle reminders. However this can be turned up or down in your dashboard. We only request reviews during a review reactivation or after service. We do not constantly request reviews from all your customers every week or month.
How does this work with recurring services?
If you serve your customers every week and every week they got a review request and follow ups that would get annoying. We have a 30 day cool down period. This means if we request a review from Sally and she goes through the follow ups and never leaves a review. We will not message her for 30 days. After 30 days if Sally is still an active customers and hasn't left a review after her next service she will be asked to leave a review again.
What is a personalized image review request?
This allows us to get your customers attention and give you the best chance of capturing a review. Instead of just sending a boring text that gets ignored. We are able to send a photo of you or your team and auto-populate the customers name on the image. This will lead to more reviews than you ever expected.
Do you have review widgets? What is a review widget?
Yes! A review widget is a small snippet of code you can add to your website to display your latest Google reviews automatically. It builds trust and turns more website visitors to customers.
What is social media review posting?
This tool helps you share awesome posts on Facebook and Instagram without extra work! You can make fun, professional-looking templates using your own photos and logos. When you get a 5-star review, we can turn it into a post and share it for you automatically.It’s kind of like a smaller, easier version of Canva. You can pick when you want your posts to go out and decide if you want to approve each one or let them post on their own.
How many reviews should I expect?
Most users see anywhere from 10%-15% of their previous customer base leave a review during the review reactivation. If you have 1,000 previous customers in your CRM we will be able to get you about 100-150 reviews in the first 4-6 weeks of working with us. We expect to get over 20-30% of your new customers to leave a review after service. However many of our users see over 50% of their new customers leaving a review.
How does the review reactivation work?
We take your past customer list and drip out personalized image review requests over time. This makes it look natural to Google and helps you turn old customers into fresh 5-star reviews without lifting a finger. If you have 1,000 previous customers you will just upload them to Review Harvest and we will be able to generate 100-150 new real reviews from your customers over the following weeks.
How do the pricing tiers differ?
Our pricing tiers are based on the number of new review requests you would like to send out each month. So if you get 50 new customers per month you would be on the lowest plan. All plans include a review reactivation at the beginning where we can reactivate your list of previous customers whether it's 100 previous customers or 3,000. It is important to note that follow ups are also included in each plan. So on the lowest plans we can request reviews from 50 new customers, but we will also follow up with those customers based on your follow up settings.
